Service Description

How many sessions you need will depend on your individual circumstances, though it is advised to book a min of 2x one-on-one coaching sessions to get the best out of the coaching experience and to make the most progress. The first session mainly focuses on finding out more about you and what you are wanting to change/transform in your life. ​​You can book 4x sessions upfront to receive a discounted price, along with the certainty that you are taking action towards transforming yourself, your current situation, and your life.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to make arrangements. Full payment will not be refunded unless you give 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Thanks!
